About The Position

As a Business Analyst for our ERP billing software P/5, you will be the crucial interface between the market, customers, and our development team. You will ensure that our solutions in the social, healthcare, and church sectors are precisely tailored to our customers' needs. You will observe the market, penetrate complex requirements, and translate them into future-oriented standard software. You will actively capture market demands and analyze competitor products to strategically and continuously develop our ERP product in the area of financial accounting. You will understand the core needs of our customers and translate them into clear, understandable, and actionable requirements for our development team. In close collaboration with product owners, developers, and consultants, you will prioritize requirements from the areas of billing, financial accounting, and payment transactions. You will actively support the team in the technical realization of relevant topics in financial accounting. You will ensure that all stakeholders have a unified vision and a common understanding of the future direction of our standard software.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of solid professional experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or in a comparable interface function.
• A secure, practically proven methodological foundation in the areas of requirements analysis, process modeling, and documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management: You know exactly how to effectively involve different interest groups, prioritize requirements, and translate them into clear user stories or specifications.

Nice To Haves

• Practical experience in the environment of complex ERP systems or profound expertise in financial accounting.
• Initial contact or industry knowledge in our target markets (social services, healthcare, or church sector).
