About The Position

We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) for 16-20 hours/week for our office in Hamburg, starting immediately. Are you ready for a role where you can actually take on responsibility? Requirements

  • Fluent German (C2) and good English skills (B2).
  • Currently enrolled at a university or college.
  • You are a true organizational talent with a structured, careful, and independent way of working.
  • Proactive, flexible, and a great team player who enjoys supporting others.
  • You work reliably and always keep an overview even with multiple parallel tasks.
  • You have a passion for administrative tasks and a highly service-oriented collaboration.
  • You communicate friendly, professionally, and appreciatively with colleagues and employees.
  • You live our values, think proactively, recognize potential for improvement, and enjoy contributing your own ideas.

Nice To Haves

  • First experiences in administration, HR, recruiting, or back office are a plus, but not a must; we value your potential, motivation, and a convincing personal impression more.
  • Confident handling of Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Support in the entire recruiting process, from creating and publishing job advertisements, sourcing and CV screening, to organizing interview appointments and drafting candidate presentations.
  • Candidate acquisition via common social media channels.
  • Creation of contracts, certificates, and documents, maintaining our systems, and acting as a point of contact for our consultants regarding time tracking and other administrative matters.
  • Contributing to operational efficiency, ensuring high data quality, and striving for high satisfaction among clients, consultants, and candidates.
  • Once you are confident in daily tasks, you will have the opportunity to contribute to other topics and projects.
