Our expertise lies in Tax, Finance, and Restructuring, with a focus on interdisciplinary collaboration, technical know-how, in-house competence, and specialization in restructuring and insolvency tax law, particularly for medium-sized and larger corporate clients.

Requirements

• Passed the tax advisor examination.
• Enjoy dealing with challenging tax-related situations.
• Seek more than a standard job in tax consulting.

Responsibilities

• Advise medium-sized companies, corporations, and companies in special situations on all tax law matters.
• Comprehensively manage demanding mandates and advise on complex tax law issues.
• Provide project-related specialized advice, especially in corporate tax law and international tax law.
• Work closely with corporate clients and support their internal tax departments.
• Support companies in crisis, including in restructuring or insolvency cases, with tax expertise.
