About The Position

Vollack sucht einen Projektmanager (w/m/d) für Hochbau mit Schwerpunkt Laborbau. Die Position umfasst die Gesamtverantwortung für Bauprojekte hinsichtlich Qualität, Terminen und Wirtschaftlichkeit sowie die Organisation eines qualifizierten team of architects, project commercial staff, and site managers. Projects include technically demanding new-build and revitalization work in laboratory construction, offices, commercial buildings, and industry, primarily in the region. The role is based in an environment that uses BIM and LEAN for digital planning and construction and offers opportunities to help develop the Hamburg location.

Requirements

• Experience leading laboratory construction projects, including practical implementation expertise.
• Advanced knowledge of coordination and execution of building services engineering (TGA), cost group 400.
• Degree in civil engineering or architecture, with practical experience in service phases (LPH) 6–8.
• Ability and motivation to take overall responsibility for construction projects across quality, schedule, and cost.
• Ability to organize a qualified team of architects, project commercial staff, and site managers, using both professional and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasiveness and tact when dealing with clients, external specialists, and subcontractors.
• Decisive, committed, open, and authentic manner.
• Enthusiasm and dedication as a project manager.

Nice To Haves

• Initial experience with Lean Construction.
• Regional deployment preference.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for construction projects in terms of quality, schedule, and cost.
• Organize and coordinate a qualified team of architects, project commercial staff, and site managers.
• Coordinate and oversee execution of building services engineering (TGA), cost group 400.
• Work with clients, external specialists, and subcontractors.
• Contribute to the development of the Hamburg location.
• Participate in technically demanding new-build and revitalization projects in laboratory construction, offices, commercial buildings, and industry.
