About The Position

We're looking for a Team Lead in our Employee Benefits and Retirement Practice to champion service quality, support team development, and uphold our commitment to exceptional client experience. This role is about empowering others to succeed while maintaining a sharp focus on performance metrics, retention, and team culture. The expected salary range for this position is $58,000 to $73,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits, insurance industry, or proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within operations.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion, humility, integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed
  • Strong knowledge of operational best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of relevant software and platforms
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop operational staff, establish performance expectations, and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and profitability, aligning with overall company objectives.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional client service, manage client relationships, and act as a point of escalation for client concerns.
  • Oversee the integration of technology solutions and address technology needs in collaboration with IT teams.
  • Assess and mitigate operational risks and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
