About The Position

Fort Worth Carrier Corporation is hiring professional CDL-A Team Drivers with a Doubles endorsement to join its dedicated carrier operation serving a major retailer’s private fleet. Established teams are preferred, and applicants must be part of an established two-driver team. Drivers receive consistent lanes, steady miles, predictable schedules, and 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight. Equipment includes well-maintained late-model Kenworth T680 tractors with 76-inch high-roof sleepers and a stow-away upper bunk. Drivers also receive Pre-pass weigh station bypass privileges and 24/7 driver support.

Pay is $0.90 per mile for the team, with miles split between team members. Compensation includes bi-weekly pay, an optional $0.16-per-mile per diem, performance and safety incentives of up to 2.5 cents per mile, and additional hourly pay for drop and hook, delay, and detention. Direct deposit is available. Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Doubles endorsement required.
• Must be part of an established two-driver team.
• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable CDL-A experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Satisfactory MVR.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.

Responsibilities
