About The Position

The Team/Crew Member performs basic operational duties to provide quality products and service to guests. The position performs assigned station duties, follows company policies and operational standards, and carries out cleaning and sanitation tasks in a restaurant environment. The role requires regular attendance and may involve irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. The Team/Crew Member reports to the Manager on Duty (MOD) and is classified as nonexempt.

Requirements

• General restaurant or retail knowledge.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions.

• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned station duties, including fountain and frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru if applicable, to meet operational standards.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Report customer or employee complaints and issues to the Manager on Duty.
• Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required.
