About The Position

This position performs basic operational duties to provide quality products and service to guests. The Team/Crew Member performs assigned restaurant stations, follows company policies and operational standards, completes cleaning and sanitation duties, and maintains regular attendance. The role reports to the Manager on Duty (MOD) and is classified as nonexempt.

The work environment involves continuous standing, bending, reaching, moving, stooping, stretching, and lifting in a restaurant. The employee is frequently exposed to heat and hot liquid shortening while cooking and to freezer conditions when stocking food items, and may occasionally encounter extreme temperatures due to variable weather conditions.

Requirements

• General restaurant or retail knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned station duties, including fountain and frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru if applicable, to meet operational standards.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Report customer or employee complaints and issues to the Manager on Duty.
• Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required.
