About The Position

The Team/Crew Member performs basic operational duties to provide guests with quality products and service. The role performs assigned station duties, follows company policies and operational standards, completes cleaning and sanitation tasks, and maintains regular attendance. Team/Crew Members may also report customer or employee issues to the Manager on Duty, move and stock food products weighing up to 50 pounds, and perform other job-related duties as assigned or required.

The work takes place in a restaurant environment and involves continuous standing, bending, reaching, moving, stooping, stretching, and lifting. The position has frequent exposure to heat and hot liquid shortening while cooking, frequent exposure to freezers when stocking food, and occasional exposure to extreme temperatures due to variable weather. Hours are irregular and include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• General restaurant or retail knowledge.
• Basic math and reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned station duties, including fountain and frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food preparation, and drive-thru when applicable, to meet operational standards.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Report customer or employee complaints and issues to the Manager on Duty.
• Move and stock food products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required.
