About The Position

The Team/Crew Member performs basic operational duties to provide quality products and service to guests. The role carries out assigned station duties, follows company policies and operational standards, and performs regular cleaning and sanitation tasks. The position requires regular attendance and may involve irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The work takes place in a restaurant environment with continuous movement and exposure to cooking heat, hot liquid shortening, freezer conditions, and occasional extreme weather temperatures.

Requirements

• General restaurant or retail knowledge.
• Basic math and reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned station duties, including fountain and frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru if applicable, to meet operational standards.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Report customer or employee complaints or issues to the Manager on Duty.
• Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required.
