Requirements

• Completed four-year honours degree in Labour Studies or equivalent.
• A major average of at least 80% or better.
• Ability to perform the various duties of the position (experience as a Teaching Assistant, relevant work experience and/or academic recommendation).
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to deliver course material virtually online and/or face to face.

Responsibilities

• Scheduled contact time with students.
• Non-classroom time including preparation of seminar material.
• Student consultation.
• Marking or grading.
• Examination proctoring.
• Attending lectures.
• Holding office hours.
• Other course administration as may be required.
