About The Position
Brock University is seeking a Teaching Assistant for the FNCE 4P20 course during the Fall D2 term. This position is within the CUPE4207-1 employee group and focuses on Financial Modelling & Analytics. The role involves scheduled contact time with students and non-classroom duties such as preparing seminar material, student consultation, marking, examination proctoring, attending lectures, holding office hours, and other course administration. Requirements
- Top 25% in prerequisite courses FNCE 3P93 or MBAB 5P08
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of corporate valuation (DCF, WACC, multiples)
- Experience with financial modeling and financial statement forecasting
- Familiarity with Capital IQ or similar financial databases
Nice To Haves
- MSc student preferred
- Previous TA experience preferred
