About The Position

This posting is for a Teaching Assistant (TA) position for POL2103, Section D00, Introduction to International Relations and Global Politics, during the 2026 Fall Semester. The position is classified under CUPE and involves various responsibilities to support the course and students. The work will be performed primarily on the Main Campus and is expected to be delivered in person. Requirements

• Priority will be given to candidates in accordance with articles 18.5 and 18.6 of the CUPE collective agreement.
• Students must be available to travel to the University of Ottawa campus in Ottawa at the request of their supervisor and/or the School.
• All University of Ottawa employees are required under provincial law to successfully complete all mandatory legislated training offered by the University.
• The hiring process will be governed by the current CUPE 2626 collective agreement.
