About The Position

This position is for a Corrector (CUPE) for the course POL2103 C00: Introduction to International Relations and Global Politics during the Fall 2026 semester. The role involves marking papers and exams, and the student must meet deadlines set by the supervisor. The work is classified as 'Cours précis / Specific course'. The academic year runs from September 1 to August 31. Undergraduate students will be paid at a lower rate, while graduate students will receive a higher rate. Requirements

• Priority will be given to candidates in accordance with articles 18.5 and 18.6 of the CUPE collective agreement.
• Students must be available to travel to the University of Ottawa campus in Ottawa at the request of their supervisor and/or the School.
• All University of Ottawa employees are required under provincial law to successfully complete all mandatory legislated training offered by the University.
• The hiring process will be governed by the current CUPE 2626 collective agreement.
