About The Position

This position is for a Corrector (CUPE) for the course POL2101, Section C00: Introduction to Canadian Politics. The course covers the foundations of the Canadian political space, including constitution, parliamentary government, federalism, political parties, elections, and an overview of political forces. The primary nature of the work involves marking papers and exams, and the student must meet deadlines set by the supervisor. The teaching method will be delivered in person, requiring some work to be done on campus. Requirements

• Priority will be given to candidates in accordance with articles 18.5 and 18.6 of the CUPE collective agreement.
• Students must be available to travel to the University of Ottawa campus in Ottawa at the request of their supervisor and/or the School.
• Must be an undergraduate or graduate student eligible for the position.
