About The Position

This posting is for a Teaching Assistant position for the course ADM2752 - Théorie financière (Financial Theory) during the Fall 2026 semester. The role involves grading assignments, leading labs, and proctoring exams. The total expected work hours are 109, with the majority allocated to grading. The hourly rate depends on the student's academic level (undergraduate or graduate). The position requires a strong understanding of financial theory, problem-solving skills, the ability to provide clear feedback, and meet strict deadlines. Proficiency in Excel and experience with online teaching environments are considered assets. Preference will be given to candidates with strong academic records, prior TA experience for this course, and those enrolled in a Telfer program. Selected candidates will be interviewed. The hours may be adjusted based on enrollment, and candidates must be located in Ottawa for the duration of the contract, including exam grading. The teaching method may change due to health or other reasons. All employees must complete mandatory training. Requirements

Avoir reçu un A+ dans un cours d'introduction de la finance d'entreprise de premier cycle ou de cycles supérieurs.
Doivent être situés à Ottawa pour toute la durée du cours (à l’exception des jours fériés officiels de l’Université), y compris pour la correction de l’examen final et le calcul des notes finales
