About The Position
This posting is for a Teaching Assistant position for the course HSS3501A, Recherche en santé : approches qualitative et quantitative, during the Fall 2025 semester. The position is for 55 hours and is classified under CUPE. The course is offered in a virtual format, with class hours on Tuesdays from 8:30 AM to 11:20 AM. The role involves assisting with grading, written exams, and assignments, as well as proctoring exams. Online office hours may be required for students to ask questions. Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Health Sciences or related fields.
- Experience with e-learning programs and software (as a user or teaching assistant).
- Experience with web software (content uploading, content programming).
- Access to a computer, internet, microphone, and webcam for virtual course delivery.
- Successful completion of all mandatory legislated training offered by the University.
Responsibilities
- Assist with grading, written exams, and session work.
- Proctor exams.
- Provide online office hours to answer student questions and concerns outside of class hours.
