About The Position

This position is for a Teaching Assistant for the course 'Analyse quantitative des données en sciences de la santé: variables continues' (HSS2781 Section B) during the Fall 2026 semester. The role involves assisting with assignments, grading assignments and exams, and managing the associated laboratory. The Teaching Assistant will also provide in-person office hours to address student questions and concerns outside of class time. The course is taught in person, and the lab component is hybrid.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Health Sciences or related fields
• Advanced knowledge of statistical concepts and methods
• Knowledge of Excel and SPSS
• Experience with e-learning programs and software (as a user or teaching assistant)
• Experience with web software (uploading content, programming content)
• Access to a computer, internet, microphone, and webcam
• Ability to come to campus for in-person work, including proctoring and final exam grading
