About The Position

This posting is for a Teaching Assistant/Demonstrator/Lab Monitor (CUPE) position for the course CHG 2712, Mécanique des fluides, during the Fall 2026 semester. The position is located at the Main Campus. The number of positions and hours offered are subject to final enrollment in the course and may vary accordingly. The work is to be performed in person on the Ottawa campus from September 1 to December 31, 2026. Any deviation will only be considered in case of emergency and requires prior departmental approval. The hiring process will be governed by the current CUPE 2626 collective agreement.

Requirements

• All employees of the University of Ottawa are required by provincial law to complete mandatory basic training offered by the University.
• B.A.Sc. in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of the French language.
