About The Position

This is a specific course posting for a Teaching Assistant (TA) role in Leadership et communication (SED2513, Section A) for the 2026 Fall Semester. The position involves contact with students and other duties, with a total of 65 work hours. The hiring process will be governed by the current CUPE 2626 collective agreement. Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, technology, management, communication, or a related field.
• Experience in teamwork, communication, or leadership in a university or professional context.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a teaching assistant, mentor, or tutor.

Responsibilities

• Contact with students: 48 hours
• Other duties: 17 hours

Benefits

• Hourly rate of $31.89 (undergraduate students) or $50.25 (graduate students).
• Vacation pay and statutory pay are not included in the hourly rate.
• Rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified, with retroactivity paid after ratification.
