About The Position

This posting is for a Teaching Assistant (TA) position for the Supply Chain Management course (ADM3302) during the Fall 2026 semester at the Telfer School of Management. The TA will be responsible for grading assignments and exams, assisting with online sessions, and proctoring exams. The position requires a strong understanding of supply chain management, the ability to provide clear feedback, and meet deadlines. Candidates must have a minimum CGPA of 7.0 and a minimum grade of A- in ADM 3302 or its equivalent. Experience with online course delivery and Zoom is preferred. The TA must be located in Ottawa for the entire duration of the course.

Requirements

Strong understanding of Supply chain management
Ability to apply grading rubrics and provide clear, structured feedback
Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage workload efficiently
Minimum C.G.P.A. of 7.0
Minimum grade of A- in ADM 3302 or its equivalent
Familiar with Operations and Supply Chain Management Theory and Practice (Minimum grade of A- in ADM 3302 or its equivalent)
Experience with online course delivery
Experience with Zoom online videoconferencing environment
Access to a computer, internet, microphone and webcam
Must be located in Ottawa for the entire duration of the course

Nice To Haves

Preference will be given to higher grades
Preference will be given to candidates who have previously been teaching assistants or markers for this course
Preference will be given to candidates enrolled in Telfer programs
