About The Position

Teachers at Coconut Creek KinderCare implement KinderCare’s curriculum in a way that meets each child’s unique needs and create a safe, nurturing environment for children to play and learn. They partner with parents to provide high-quality care and education, support center goals related to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, and build positive relationships with families, colleagues, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners. Requirements

Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or be willing to obtain them.
Have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
Be physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
Be able to assume low-level postures to allow physical and visual contact with children.
Be able to see and hear well enough to keep children safe.
Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
Have outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.

Communicate with children and parents in English.
Engage in physical activity with children and help keep them safe.
