Teachers at Salmon Creek KinderCare implement KinderCare's curriculum in ways that meet each child's unique needs and create safe, nurturing environments where children can play and learn. They partner with parents to provide high-quality care and education, support center goals, and cultivate positive relationships with families, colleagues, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners. KinderCare offers career investment and support, with teachers contributing to children's education and the center community.

Requirements

Outstanding customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
Meet state-specific qualifications for the role, or be willing to obtain them.
CPR and First Aid Certification, or willingness to obtain it.
Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
Able to assume low-level postures to maintain physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.
Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.
