About The Position

Teachers at KinderCare Learning Companies support children and their education every day, creating a positive early learning experience for children and families. The role implements KinderCare's curriculum in a way that responds to each child's unique needs and creates a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning. Teachers partner with parents and center staff, and work with center leadership to support goals related to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement. The position also involves cultivating positive relationships with families, colleagues, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners. Requirements

Meet state-specific qualifications for the role.
Have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
Have outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational skills.
Be able to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
Be physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
Be able to assume low-level postures to allow physical and visual contact with children.
See and hear well enough to keep children safe and engage in physical activity with children.
Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.
