About The Position
As a Teacher at KinderCare, you will support children’s learning and development by implementing KinderCare’s curriculum in a way that meets each child’s unique needs. You will create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning, and partner with parents to provide high-quality care and education. You will also collaborate with center staff and leadership to support goals related to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, while cultivating positive relationships with families, colleagues, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners. Requirements
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
- Meet state-specific qualifications for the role, or be willing to obtain them.
- CPR and First Aid Certification, or willingness to obtain it.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
- Ability to assume low-level postures for physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.
