About The Position

Teachers at KinderCare implement the company’s curriculum to meet each child’s unique needs and create a safe, nurturing environment for children to play and learn. They partner with parents to provide quality care and education, support center goals related to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, and build positive relationships with families, colleagues, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners. Requirements

Outstanding customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
Meet state-specific qualifications for the role.
Obtain CPR and First Aid Certification, or be willing to obtain it.
Be physically able to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
Be able to assume low-level postures for physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.
Be able to read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.
