About The Position

The Teacher provides daily care and learning experiences for children in a childcare center. The role follows licensing guidelines and company standards, observes and assesses children, plans for their development, and communicates with families. Teachers complete extensive training in childcare, preschool, and child development and implement the company’s proprietary curriculum through fun, interactive learning experiences. The position involves engaging with children indoors and outdoors and participating in physical activity with them.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and the center’s requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic, dependable, and passionate.

Responsibilities
