Requirements
- 60 semester units from a regionally accredited Institution of Higher Education (must include 3 units of college level reading and composition)
- Hold a Child Development Associate Teacher Permit granted by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing
- 3 units of Child Development coursework: Infant and Toddler Development
- Adult, Child and Pediatric CPR, First Aid and AED Certification (Online courses do not qualify)
- Successful completion of the HR Early Childhood Education Interview.
