About The Position

The Goddard School of Arnold is hiring Early Childhood Teachers! We are looking for caring, dependable, and enthusiastic educators to join our team as Preschool Teachers, Toddler Teachers, Pre-K Teachers, and Early Childhood Teachers. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with a $500 signing bonus for eligible new hires. At The Goddard School of Arnold, teachers are the heart of our school. Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for young children.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with children and their families.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate, hands-on learning experiences.
• Use our research-based curriculum to support children's cognitive, social-emotional, physical, and language development.
• Observe children's interests and development and use those observations to guide learning experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with families and fellow teachers.
• Work collaboratively with your teaching team and school leadership.
• Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and ongoing training.
