About The Position

Cadence Education is seeking an enthusiastic Infant Teacher Assistant to help create a joyful, nurturing environment for infants. The role supports the school’s early-education philosophy and research-based curriculum, working with educators and families to foster children’s development in a safe, engaging, and home-like setting. The assistant documents children’s daily milestones and shares them with parents, follows children’s interests to enrich play, models age-appropriate social behaviors, and contributes ideas for a balanced daily schedule with varied activities.

Requirements

• Meet all state preschool teacher assistant requirements.
• Be flexible and ready to jump in during business hours.
• Have a strong interest in infants and a passion for their growth.

• Experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare.

Responsibilities
