About The Position

Cadence Education is seeking an enthusiastic Infant Teacher Assistant to help create a joyful, nurturing environment for infants. The role supports the school’s philosophy and works with educators to provide a positive, engaging learning space, deliver an age-appropriate curriculum, and support children’s safety, development, and play. The assistant also documents daily milestones and shares them with parents, models age-appropriate social behaviors, and contributes ideas for a balanced schedule with quiet and active activities, indoor and outdoor play, and fine and gross motor experiences. The position is located in Naperville, Illinois.
