About The Position

The Malvern School is seeking a highly motivated, career-oriented Assistant Teacher for the Infant classroom at its Washington Township location. This full-time role supports the implementation of the school’s Early Childhood Education program in accordance with school policies and the Malvern School philosophy. The teacher helps maintain a safe, healthy, and educational classroom environment and communicates regularly with parents, in person and through technology, to meet or exceed their expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Either at least 2,500 documented hours of experience with young children in a licensed facility, or 15 relevant college credits (or a CDA) and at least 1,250 documented hours of experience with young children in a licensed facility.

• Assist in implementing the Early Childhood Education program in accordance with school policies and the Malvern School philosophy.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and educational environment for the class.
• Communicate regularly with parents in person and through technology, meeting or exceeding their expectations.
