About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate, dedicated Assistant Infant Teacher to help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children. The role involves implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum and building relationships with families and colleagues to support children’s learning, play, growth, and development. Teachers regularly communicate with parents about children’s activities and achievements, including through mobile apps and personal discussions. Applicable state licensing requirements apply. The Learning Experience describes its classrooms as immersive environments using current technology, materials, and resources. It also offers ongoing training, professional development, tuition reimbursement, and leadership pathways. This location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, which handles applications and hiring decisions.

Requirements

Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
At least six months of professional teaching experience is required; one year is preferred.
A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree or higher in early childhood education (ECE) or a related field is preferred.
Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role.
