About The Position

Cadence Education is seeking an Infant Teacher Assistant to help create a joyful, nurturing environment for infants. The role supports the company’s early childhood education philosophy and works with educators to provide a positive, engaging learning space and an age-appropriate curriculum. The assistant observes children’s interests, supports their safety and play, encourages social development, and shares children’s daily milestones with parents. The position is located in Ramsey, Minnesota.

• Meet all state preschool teacher assistant requirements.
• Be flexible and ready to help during business hours.

Responsibilities

• Document and share children’s daily milestones with parents.
• Collaborate with educators to deliver a lively, age-appropriate curriculum.
• Follow children’s interests, keep them safe, and enhance their play through language, toys, and activities.
• Model and encourage age-appropriate social behaviors.
• Contribute ideas for a balanced daily schedule with quiet and active moments, indoor and outdoor activities, and fine and gross motor activities.
