About The Position
Cadence Education is seeking an Infant Teacher Assistant to help provide a joyful, nurturing environment for infants. Responsibilities
- Support Cadence Education’s philosophy and contribute to a positive, engaging learning environment.
- Document and share children’s daily milestones with parents.
- Collaborate with educators to deliver a lively, age-appropriate curriculum.
- Observe children’s interests, keep them safe, and extend their play with language, toys, and activities.
- Model and encourage age-appropriate social behaviors.
- Contribute ideas for a balanced daily schedule with varied quiet and active, indoor and outdoor, fine-motor and gross-motor activities.
