About The Position
Cadence Education is seeking an enthusiastic Infant Teacher Assistant to help create a joyful, nurturing environment for infants. The role supports the school's philosophy and works with educators to provide a positive, engaging learning space and an age-appropriate curriculum. The assistant observes children’s interests, supports their safety and play, encourages social development, documents daily milestones, and shares them with parents. The role also contributes ideas for a balanced daily schedule with varied quiet and active, indoor and outdoor, fine-motor and gross-motor activities.
Requirements
- Meet all state preschool teacher assistant requirements.
- Be flexible and ready to jump in during business hours.
- Have a big heart for infants and a passion for their growth.

- Experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare.
Responsibilities
