About The Position
Cherry Bekaert is seeking an experienced and dynamic Tax Partner to join its growing Tax Practice in Boston. The role leads a team delivering tax planning, consulting, and compliance services to middle-market businesses. The successful candidate will use client service team leadership skills to coach, mentor, and train managers and staff, and will contribute to practice growth through a professional network of business contacts and referral sources and business development opportunities with other firm leaders. Experience in the Technology sector and an existing Boston network are preferred.
Requirements
- Active CPA license.
- Experience with complex federal taxation across corporate, partnership, and individual structures.
- Exceptional client service skills and ability to lead high-quality client engagements.
- Strong leadership and staff development skills, including coaching a client service team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating with partners and advising clients.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
