About The Position

Cherry Bekaert is seeking an experienced Tax Partner to join its growing Tax Practice in Boston. The Partner will lead a team delivering tax planning, consulting, and compliance services to middle-market businesses. The role includes leading client service teams and serving as a role model through coaching, mentoring, and training managers and staff. The Partner will also help expand the practice through an established professional network of business contacts and referral sources and by pursuing business development opportunities with other firm leaders. A strong existing network in Boston is preferred.

Requirements

• Active CPA license.
• Experience with complex federal taxation across corporate, partnership, and individual structures.
• Exceptional client service skills and ability to deliver high-quality client engagements.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills, including coaching client service teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating with partners and advising clients.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
