Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting (Master’s preferred) and an active CPA license.
- 6–8 years in public accounting with a strong emphasis on real estate clients.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state tax codes, especially in real estate taxation.
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and collaborate effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee complex tax engagements for real estate partnerships, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Review and sign off on tax returns while delivering strategic tax planning and consulting services.
- Mentor and train junior team members, fostering growth and excellence across the team.
- Identify tax-saving strategies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives that fuel firm growth.
