Turing is seeking Tax Law experts to support projects that fine-tune AI models. The role involves evaluating AI-generated responses to complex U.S. tax law scenarios, including federal individual and corporate income tax, partnership and pass-through taxation, international tax provisions, and tax controversy procedures. Experts use a structured legal rubric to assess issue spotting, legal accuracy, and application of the Internal Revenue Code, Treasury Regulations, and IRS guidance. They identify gaps in AI reasoning and provide detailed annotations and written feedback to improve model performance. The role also involves collaborating with researchers and project managers to align evaluation standards and project goals. No prior AI experience is required. This is a flexible, fully remote freelance opportunity requiring 10–30 hours per week, initially for approximately one month, with possible extension based on performance and project needs.
