Turing invites employment and labor law experts to work on projects fine-tuning AI models. The role applies expertise in U.S. workplace discrimination, wage and hour compliance, ERISA, and labor relations to evaluate AI responses to employment law scenarios. No prior AI experience is required. The expert reviews AI-generated responses to U.S. employment law hypotheticals, evaluates legal issue spotting and accuracy against a structured rubric, identifies gaps in AI reasoning, and provides detailed annotations and written feedback to improve the models. The role also involves collaborating with researchers and project managers to align evaluation standards and project goals. This is a flexible, fully remote freelance opportunity requiring 10–30 hours per week. The engagement is expected to last approximately one month, with a possibility of extension depending on performance and project needs.
