About The Position

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM), a national full-service Am Law 100 firm with offices in all 50 states, is seeking Tax Attorneys for its Providence office. The attorneys will work on tax matters nationwide, with some local travel required. The firm offers a collaborative and collegial environment, professional development and mentorship, client-facing opportunities, and experience handling appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials. Requirements

• Two to five years of tax experience, with a minimum of two years required.
• LL.M. in Taxation.
• Experience in corporate and partnership tax.
• Experience with federal and state tax controversy.
• Solid knowledge of preparing transactional documents.
• Licensed and admitted to practice in Rhode Island; Massachusetts licensure is also referenced, and licenses in other jurisdictions are a plus.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Excellent research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to client service.
• Exceptional academic credentials and organizational skills.

• Admission to practice in jurisdictions in addition to Rhode Island.
