About The Position

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM), a full-service Am Law 100 firm with offices in all 50 states, is hiring Civil Litigation Attorneys for its Carlsbad office. Candidates at all experience levels are welcome. The firm offers flexible work arrangements, including hybrid opportunities, and its national platform also includes remote roles, alternative work arrangements, and contract opportunities. Openings are available in practice groups handling Employment, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product, Commercial, General Liability, Healthcare, and Professional Liability matters. Attorneys work in a collaborative and collegial environment with access to professional development and mentorship. Opportunities include client interactions and handling appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials. The firm offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, with eligibility for discretionary and performance-based bonuses and student loan repayment assistance. National base salary ranges are approximately $100,000–$165,000 for associates (approximately 1–6+ years of experience), $140,000–$215,000 for Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 or more years), and $190,000–$275,000+ for partners (approximately 7 or more years). Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market. Requirements

Must be licensed and admitted to practice in California.
Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
Strong academic background and proven research skills.
