About The Position
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is hiring junior and mid-level Business and Commercial Litigation Attorneys for its rapidly growing commercial litigation group. The firm is a full-service AmLaw 100 firm with national and local practices and offices in all 50 states. Successful candidates may have flexible work arrangements, including hybrid opportunities. Attorneys will contribute to active, complex matters pending in state and federal court. All years of experience are welcome to apply. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in California. Applicants should submit a cover letter, resume, and writing sample.
Requirements
- Excellent academic background.
- Proven writing, analytical, and research skills.
- Self-starter able to take ownership of work.
- Licensed and admitted to practice in California.
Nice To Haves
- Experience propounding and responding to written discovery.
- Experience taking depositions.
- Experience drafting dispositive motions and pre-trial motions.
- Trial experience (preferred but not required).
- Experience defending class actions (a plus, but not required).
Responsibilities
- Contribute to active, complex business and commercial litigation matters in state and federal court.
- Depending on experience, propound and respond to written discovery, take depositions, and draft dispositive and pre-trial motions.
