About The Position
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM) has an immediate opening for a construction litigation attorney in its New York office. The firm offers fully remote and hybrid work arrangements. The role includes client interactions and opportunities to handle appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials. GRSM is a full-service Am Law 100 firm with attorneys and offices in all 50 states. Requirements
- At least three years of experience in construction litigation.
- Licensed and admitted to practice in New York.
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
- Strong academic background and proven research skills.
- Ability to work as a self-starter and handle assignments with minimal supervision.
- Driven, collaborative team player.
Nice To Haves
- Trial experience is preferred but not required.
