We prefer for this role to be based in Kirkland, WA at our Corporate Office, however, we are open for it to be remote in the following states: Washington, South Carolina, Nevada, Texas, Colorado, Louisiana, Virginia, or Florida. The Task Force Controller will provide interim financial leadership at a property by maintaining full control over accounting operations during periods of transition or vacancy; oversee month-end closing, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and USALI/GAAP; analyze hotel financial performance including P&L, cash flow, and operating metrics and present insights to property and corporate leadership; train, mentor, and support property accounting teams to ensure continuity and adherence to brand and company standards; implement and strengthen internal controls to safeguard assets and maintain audit readiness. Please note: This role must be flexible with travel and available for on-site placement at hotel properties as needed, with assignment lengths varying.
