This is a market coverage and operations role where the Task Force Manager will deploy into various Landing markets across the US to act as the sole operator when a General Manager is on leave. This involves owning the full market operations, including member experience, property relationships, housekeeping and maintenance coordination, unit quality, and performance reporting. The role requires covering operations for one to three weeks at a time, maintaining key account relationships, and ensuring clean handoffs. Travel locations are determined by business needs, necessitating a base near a major hub for quick deployment. The ideal candidate will have experience running a hotel, short-term rental portfolio, or high-volume hospitality operation, and must be able to move fast, make decisions under pressure, and build trust quickly without ramp-up time.
