About The Position

The Task Associate supports operational excellence and sales by keeping fixtures stocked, maintaining store cleanliness, and completing assigned tasks. The role supports the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, with a focus on operational performance, supporting peers and guests, and following processes and compliance standards. Attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures are required.

The associate completes shipment and replenishment processes, merchandise sets, resets, planograms, marketing displays, and inventory procedures. They maintain assigned areas so merchandise is replenished, signed, and faced, with testers available, and uphold cleanliness across the sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area. The role also includes protecting company assets, providing guest service, and completing other operational duties as directed.

Requirements

• Proficiency with basic technology, such as point-of-sale systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma.
• One year of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned tasks as planned to help meet or exceed store retail goals and ensure products are available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals for the task dashboard and complete operational processes on time, including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts and procedures.
• Maintain prompt and regular attendance.
• Support an inclusive environment for teammates, peers, and internal and external guests.
• Participate in ongoing training, including brand and category education.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, standards, and dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, physical inventory procedures, and shipment processing using company technology and best practices.
• Keep assigned work areas replenished, signed, and faced, and ensure testers are available.
• Maintain store standards and cleanliness in the sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.
• Complete other operational tasks as directed.
