About The Position

Burrow Global is seeking an experienced P6 TAR Scheduler to prepare and maintain the master Primavera P6 project schedule for a major plant turnaround or overhaul in Memphis, Tennessee. The schedule must accurately reflect current plant status throughout pre-overhaul planning and execution. The scheduler will work closely with the Overhaul Manager to monitor progress, identify risks or impacts to shutdown duration, and promote schedule adherence. The assignment is scheduled to start January 27, 2027, and continue through November 2027. Base pay, benefits, and per diem are available for those willing to travel for the assignment. The scheduler must supply their own Primavera P6 software license and equipment.

Requirements

Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 for major industrial plant turnarounds or overhauls.
Must supply or bring an own Primavera P6 software license and equipment.
Proven track record scheduling major plant overhauls, outages, or turnarounds in industrial, power, or manufacturing environments.

Nice To Haves

Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate daily progress meetings with area leads and craft supervisors.
In-depth understanding of craft trade sequencing, resource loading, and critical path management during major plant outages.
Associate degree with five years of TAR planning experience.
Active TWIC Card.

Responsibilities

Prepare and build the initial Primavera P6 schedule using parameters provided by the Overhaul Contractor Manager.
Issue the completed baseline draft schedule by May 1.
Review shutdown and startup sequence logic with plant management and discipline leads.
Export and integrate relevant activities from the plant planning system into P6.
Assist in leading schedule validation meetings to refine activity logic and sequencing in alignment with the Overhaul Charter.
Develop management monitoring graphs, target curves, and reporting templates for operational tracking during execution.
Generate and distribute daily three-day lookahead schedules to area managers and craft general foremen.
Chair daily update meetings with area managers to collect progress data, update activity completion, and maintain an accurate live schedule.
Input Scope Change Request/Site Change Request (SCR) work into the schedule promptly.
Monitor critical paths and immediately notify the Overhaul Manager of actual or projected schedule slippage.
Analyze manpower histograms, evaluate staffing curves, formulate trade lay-off strategies, and present recommendations to the Overhaul Contractor Manager.
