We're looking for hunters and connectors to map the market and pull the best people out of it. This is not a LinkedIn-all-day job, we’re most interested in the outcomes you drive. This is an in-market super-connector role, and you'll have the trust and autonomy to find talent wherever they are. We're looking for high-agency doers. We're open to career changers with a track record of building networks and getting it done.

A builder and are comfortable with ambiguity — you'll shape much of this role yourself
Experienced recruiter or high-agency career changer who wants to do the best work of their career

Responsibilities

Own GTM hiring end to end
Build proactive relationships and networks of talent
Identify and close talent
Understand who the right people for Knit are and get them excited about joining
Build Knit's reputation as the place ambitious GTM people go next
Partner closely with sales leadership as a trusted advisor; you should understand the motion and team well enough to assess candidates yourself
Ensure everyone has a great experience with Knit, whether or not they join
